Spend the day in the highlands with an English-speaking naturalist guide, following the giant tortoises through their green, misty habitat.

Across to Puerto Villamil
Take the shared speedboat to Isabela. The afternoon is free to settle in, with the beach and the flamingo lagoons within walking distance of the hotel.

Flamingo lagoons and wetlands
Follow the coastal trail through the wetlands and lagoons to watch flamingos feed, then continue to the tortoise breeding centre on the edge of town.

A boat day among lava arches and clear channels, with time in the water looking for rays, turtles and reef fish. Sightings vary with the conditions.

Isabela → Santa Cruz
Return and departure
Return to Santa Cruz and continue toward Baltra airport, or stay on for extra nights arranged independently. Transfer times are confirmed the day before.
